My Story
What I now celebrate as Realign by Design, originated from my first consulting firm, Skillmasters, which was started in 1998. While working for a Fortune 500 healthcare company in Chicago, IL, I took much of my “not-so-spare time” to offer business coaching and technical writing skills to clients.
Almost 25 years later, Realign has grown and transformed from technical emphasis to specializing in life mastery and transformation coaching for Superwomen and Mompreneurs to have MORE!
MORE TIME for themselves and their families;
MORE CAPACITY to make money;
MORE ROOM for Self-Care!
More EVERYTHING.
My role as a Life Mastery & Transformation Coach is to help my clients identify limiting beliefs, eliminate negative self-talk and behaviors, and shift into a permanent, sustainable, positive, GROWTH MINDSET.
I create more money, time, and self-care for Overwhelmed Moms in 90 days.
Has it been an easy path?
Absolutely not. But, it’s been worth every minute because Realign allows me to walk -and work- in my Divine Purpose of empowering women- Body, Mind, Spirit!

I have many great memories, including Hopscotch, Double-Dutch, 4-square, the Good Humor ice cream guy, my NY block, and being alive during a time when life seemed much simpler. A good game of hiding & Go Seek could take away any “blues”… and an Italian Ice brought instant rainbows! I wouldn’t trade it for the world!!
